Guided, controlled effort. You’ll never be pushed beyond what’s safe for you. I am there with you every step of the way, helping you tune in to your body’s limits and getting you to expand them. There are no quick, ballistic, crossfit-style movements- every exercise is done at a slow pace- and in some exercises, you're not even moving at all! There is no safer form of exercise.
Brief, but effective sessions. You only need one or two workouts per week to make meaningful progress. I use focused effort so you get maximum results without spending hours at the gym.
