TimeSaver Strength's Secret Sauce

Many clients' first experience of the TimeSaver Strength program is surprise. Surprise that they've exerted themselves far beyond what they thought they could do. Surprise that the workout is so short. Surprise that they've never heard of this type of training before. And- after just a few sessions- surprise at the results they're getting.

But what is it about the program that's so unique? It has to do with the evidence-based principles behind the workout, such as:

  • Start with a manageable level of resistance and move slowly

  • 1 set of each exercise to failure within 1 to 2 minutes

  • Several days off in between workouts for recovery and overcompensation

There is no other workout program that is as comprehensive for strength conditioning and overall health. You can run, cycle, swim, etc- but once you've been through a 6-10 exercise set of meaningful intensity (but extremely safe), and it only took 15-20 minutes with almost no equipment, you'll realize that this is totally different than any other program out there.

Other forms of exercise attempt to target what are believed to be isolated metabolic pathways- low intensity for the "cardio" pathway, for example. But what the TimeSaver Strength program does with every set is to start out gradually- and safely increase the effort to such a level that the body has to use every metabolic resource possible at maximum level to meet the demands of that exertion.

This is the key to the TimeSaver Strength program- in one or two short workouts per week, you are performing global metabolic conditioning: stimulating your muscles to get stronger, your cells to become more efficient, your bones, tendons and ligaments to become stronger, and your overall health to improve, as the targeted stress on the body stimulates a response of improved health.

Most people are confused about how to get in shape. At TimeSaver Strength, I've created a simple, super-efficient program that condenses an entire week of workouts into just a few minutes so you won't waste time doing things that don't work. Schedule a free consult with me now!
